Tony Self is President and Broker Owner of Harcourts Hunter Mason Realty and Managing Partner of Harcourts Property Management - North America. With more than 25 years in income-producing real estate, Tony has built a career across multifamily, mobile home parks, commercial, and complex multi-unit assets - representing investors, fiduciaries, and institutional sellers at every level.

As a licensed auctioneer Tony has participated in the disposition of more than 6,000 residential and multifamily properties nationwide. His institutional experience includes senior roles at Ten-X (formerly Auction.com), where the platform had closed over 300,000 properties and $54 billion in volume, and at Altisource's Hubzu platform, which sold 85,000+ properties under his leadership. He also served as Director of Business Development at RealtyTrac.

Tony is a Nevada and California licensed broker, a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and an expert witness on tenancy, property management standards, and fiduciary decisions. As Managing Partner of Harcourts Property Management North America, he oversees property management operations spanning South Bay portfolios, HOA communities ranging from 220 to 11 units, and mobile home park assets.

Beyond brokerage, Tony is a Vistage Worldwide keynote speaker - rated since March 2024 - delivering his AI in Action presentation to CEO peer groups nationwide. He earned a BS from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and is the author of 7 Weeks to Real Estate Success. Tony has also been building AI-powered workflows into his own brokerage since 2023, giving his consulting a ground-level credibility that whiteboards alone can't match.
